Account Manager Companion does NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal or financial data on any external server. All data remains fully on your device.
1. Information We Collect
User-Entered Data (Stored Locally Only):
- Account names created by you
- Expense, income, and investment entries
- Categories, dates, and amounts
- Reports generated account-wise, month-wise, and category-wise
Security Information:
- PIN lock settings stored locally on your device
- Biometric (fingerprint) authentication handled securely by your device operating system
Automatically Collected Information:
- No personal data, names, emails, or financial details are collected by us.
- The app itself does not track users or send analytics to any server.
2. Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device only. No data is uploaded, synced, or transferred to any remote server. Deleting the app will permanently remove all stored data unless you have a backup.
3. Backup, Import & Export
- Users can manually back up and restore their data.
- Users can generate and export PDF and CSV files of their transactions.
- Exported files are stored or shared only as initiated by the user.
4. Advertisements
The App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks such as Google AdMob and Meta. These ad networks may collect limited, non-personal information (such as advertising identifiers) as required to serve ads, according to their own privacy policies. We do not control or access this data.
5. Data Sharing
- We do not sell, rent, or share user data.
- No personal or financial data is shared with us or any third party.
- Any data sharing occurs only when the user chooses to export or share files.
6. Children’s Privacy
This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. User Control
- Users have full control over their data.
- Data can be edited, exported, backed up, or deleted at any time within the App.
- PIN and biometric settings can be changed or removed by the user.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if app functionality changes. Updates will be reflected within the App.
